Hands down best Huevos Rancheros in the valley and that’s coming from a Texas border town native who has had her share of authentic Mexican food! The chips & bean dip are served warm, along with fresh salsa. Agua frescas (tamarindo & jamaica) were perfectly sweet & ice cold. Eggs were cooked perfectly and set on top of a large, crispy but soft corn tortilla and smothered with a delicious ranchero sauce. Generous sides including refried beans and perfectly crisp potatoes were delicious & piping hot. I ate every last bite & look forward to coming back. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Perfect classic Mexican food restaurant in this area. It has been here for what seems like forever. Our group had a chicken Caesar salad, chicken enchiladas, and shrimp. All of them were delicious. Service was great as always. Margaritas were great as well.
I just got home from my Halloween costume Book Club day and Las Glorias was one of the highlights. The service was warm and friendly and the food was very satisfying, served at the perfect temperature and plenty of it. I had been there several times years ago when my mother-in-law lived close by. The food was great then, but it was nice to see how this sweet spot has developed. The decor is homey and clean and they have a nice, big tv in the dining hall that would be great for watching sports. Afterwards, I rounded the corner and had a relaxing time browsing Bookman’s, one of my favorite bookstores. All in all, a great day! Lots of love to you, Las Glorias
The restaurant is clean and vibrant and the staff is attentive, fast and friendly. The entrees were absolutely delicious and have a unique flavor and spice profile. The desserts were the only thing lacking. The shell of the fried ice cream had a mealy texture that just didn't feel right and the caramel on the flan was definitely burned and gave it a bitter taste. Overall, great experience and good food and I will be back.
Outstanding family owned authentic Mexican food restaurant in the heart of Phoenix. Super friendly waitstaff, who fluidly switched between Spanish and English to provide the best experience for all of their customers. Outstanding food. Great family-friendly atmosphere. Priced very nicely, too. A true hidden gem.
The waitress was very sweet. However, she got half of our drink orders wrong and two of our entree orders wrong. However, the shrimp enchiladas that she served us were delicious, so we didn't mind the error. In spite of the difficulties, we will go back because the food was so delicious.
This is a great restarting with great food and good service. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated, and after we ordered, it didn’t take very long to get our food.
Great customer service, enjoyed the spinach enchiladas, and the hababera salsa nice and picante. Waitstaff was able to immediately inform me that the rice and beans had meat - manteca in the beans and chicken broth in the rice...and chips were fried in vegetable oil. Will return
